    Lose yourself in the rhythm and get ready to move! This class begins with a 40-minute ride that works the lower body with hills and speed drills but also adds different variations of pushups, jumps, core work, and upper bodywork all synced to the beat of the music! Then continue to trim your waistline and improve your flexibility with 20 minutes of Pilates style abdominal work and stretches done on the mat!

      Sean’s fitness regime started years ago with running and hitting the gym, but when he finally tried a Cycle Studio CycleCore class, he became hooked!  He began teaching CycleCore and finds that his DJ background helps him combine amazing beats creating a musical journey and a fantastic workout!

      Biography

      Naglis has been in the sports and wellness industry for over ten years. Due to strenuous athletic training, injuries lead him to train smarter and he began taking indoor cycling classes. He was inspired by the euphoric feeling he had after class! His experience and love of sports fueled his desire to create unique workout classes for others. Naglis’s Spin, TRX, and Bootcamp classes will leave you feeling challenged, strong, and focused. Using inspiring music, he leads the class with fierce motivation, awakening the inner competitor every time!

      Dani Schultz

      A Wisconsin native, Dani’s free spirit led her to a love of running! She started training for a half marathon and found that spinning greatly helped her strength and endurance. She began teaching spin to help others meet their own fitness goals and is inspired by watching their growth! From hip-hop to rock, Dani loves to explore music and always creates a fun, vigorous workout!

      Carly has been teaching in the fitness industry for over fifteen years. Her specialty classes include Cycle, Barre, Pilates, and Yoga. All of Carly’s classes will condition the entire body and no class is ever exactly the same! Music is her driving force, as she creates a beat based adventure that will get everyone uplifted, motivated, and very sweaty!

    Our 45-minute TRX classes are an ideal complement to the cardio work you get in our cycling classes!  This powerful workout uses your own bodyweight as resistance to challenge every muscle. By adjusting your body position, you can add or decrease resistance, so you’re always in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise! Develop balance, core strength and get total body workout every time!

    This class is a complete workout that will take you through cardio warm-ups, interval arm strength training, isometric holds and deep muscle work for the lower body at the ballet barre, and Pilates inspired abdominal work on the mat.
