    This is a shortened version of our signature CycleCore class. This whole class is done on the bike and includes upper body exercises with weights, core work, and stretching all in 45 minutes!

    This class is a complete workout that will take you through cardio warm-ups, interval arm strength training, isometric holds and deep muscle work for the lower body at the ballet barre, and Pilates inspired abdominal work on the mat. This combination of exercises will result in beautifully toned body! All levels welcome!
